This privacy policy describes how EkoLuks d.o.o. (hereinafter: the controller) collects, uses, stores, and protects users’ personal data collected via the website www.ekoluks.si or via the social network LinkedIn, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and other applicable legislation.

  • first and last name,
  • company name,
  • phone number,
  • email address.

Data is collected solely based on the user’s voluntary submission via the contact form on the website, phone conversation, email communication, or through communication and forms on the LinkedIn social network.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • sending offers and commercial information,
  • informing about news, activities, and events,
  • informing about promotions and discounts,
  • maintaining business contact and communication with users.

The processing of personal data is based on:
